What Does a JDL Coaching Partnership Look Like?

1) Initial CEO Consultation (2 hours).
2) Leadership Team Strategy Summit (1.5 days plus Team dinner/outing).
3) Monthly Success Indicator Meeting (3 hours).
4) Monthly Executive Management Team meeting (1.5 hour face to face or video conference, depending on travel constraints/needs).
5) Quarterly Success Indicator Meeting (4 hours).
6) 1-2-1 CEO meeting (1.5 hour face to face or video conference, depending on travel constraints/needs).
7) Systemized top-performance hiring practices to support all new hires.
8) 1-2-1 call and email support as needed.
9) Includes customization of JDL Business Performance Tools for managing your annual Management Action Plan.
